Full description:

With magnificent views to the coast and across to the mountains this managed farm has a mix of flat and gently sloping land with a variety of fruit and nut trees. A door separates the bedrooms from the living area.  The master bedroom has windows to the east and the south to let in the morning sun, built in cupboards and an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath. The second bedroom has windows to the south and built-in cupboards. The third bedroom is to the north side also with two windows to let in lots of light and more built-in cupboards.  The family bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The house is surrounded by lawns which slope down to the 8x4m heated pool and shady gazebo set against a natural stone wall.  Underneath the house is a large garage. Extras include solar hot water, shutters and a satellite dish.

Other information

The farm yields a cash crop of avocado, mango and vetiver, in addition to lemon and orange.  There is also good yield from carob and almond and this has been used to compensate the farm manager. The walnut and macadamia trees are just reaching maturity and have started to yield crops. The property is owned by a Portuguese registered company.

This lovely property is completely fenced and although private and secluded, it is not isolated, with other villas nearby and a village with restaurants within walking distance (3km).  Access is good with the last kilometer a well-maintained dirt road.

The medieval town of Silves with restaurants, supermarkets, health centre, train station and other amenities is only 9km, there are two championship golf courses within a 15 minute drive and the coast is 16km.  Nobel International school is 18km and Faro airport is 59km.
