Playa Flamenca is located beachside of the N332 and partially inland in the Orihuela Costa on the South Costa Blanca. It´s in close proximity to La Zenia, Los Dolses and Punta Prima.

This location boasts a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants in various commercial centres with the largest being Flamenca Beach. In addition, just a few minutes drive away is the recently opened Zenia Boulevard shopping mall, which is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante. Described by many people as a small city it has streets, squares, fountains, daily concerts and events which bring it to life. The Shopping Centre has been designed for both enjoyment and entertainment with over 150 shops including, Alcampo, Decathlon, Primark, Leroy Merlin, Conforama, Norauto, Media Markt, Zara, Lefties, H&M, C&A, Massimo Dutti and many more including a mouth-watering selection of places to eat.

Every Saturday a main road in the heart of Playa Flamenca is closed off and transformed into the site for the huge weekly market where everything and anything is available, from fresh fruit and veg’ to the latest gadgets

As the name suggests, part of Playa Flamenca is coastal displaying its own beach, however there are a number of fine quality white sandy beaches nearby including Torrevieja, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, and Campoamor. All of them have been awarded the European Blue Flag which signifies high standards of water cleanliness, safety and good family facilities.

Flight access to the area is excellent with two main airports in close proximity. Alicante airport is a 40 minute drive away and Murcia airport is just 30 minutes. From Playa Flamenca it’s just a 10 minute drive to four championship golf courses, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Las Colinas and Villamartin.

In addition to golf there is an array of other activities to keep the whole family entertained including Go-Karting, Horse Riding, Bowling, Waterparks, Fairgrounds, all kinds of Watersports, Paint Balling, 10 Pin Bowling, Theatres & Cinemas to name a few.

Over recent years the area has been linked up with the coastal motorway network affording easy access via convenient exits from the local AP7 motorway.

Playa Flamenca enjoys a warm Mediterranean climate with over 300 days of sunshine, long days and relatively low rainfall. August is the hottest month with an average temperature of 29°C (84.2°F); the coldest is January at 11°C (51.8°F) with a maximum of 12 hours sunshine per day in July. The best month to swim in the sea is August when the average sea temperature is 25°C (77°F)
