Marmari remains authentic and peaceful, with a constant but small tourist population visiting it every year. There are plenty of shops and tavernas, with the much larger town of Karystos only 20 minutes away for a larger variety. There are many options for swimming, fishing and scuba-diving, as well as relaxing and recharging.
