This prestigious Farm - Winery consists of a main building 1,700 sqm in size, while the heart of the building dates back to the 1600s, of partly renovated and partly new construction (works were carried out between 1998 and 2002), two apartments for tourist accommodation or guardians, technical premises, storage rooms, winery, tasting rooms with ancient brick vaults, barrel room, large garage, barbeque area, a shed for tool and farming transport storage with an area of 370 sqm.
Everything is productive and perfectly restored. The winery was and still is rewarded with numerous wine awards such as "Il premio città di Acqui Terme", "I vini di Veronelli", "I migliori vini", golden medals in the competitions "Pramaggiore", "Douja d'Or", the diploma of Great Mention in the Vinitaly, "Decanter world wine" and many others. Such excellent quality of wine is owned to the current owner who started this activity as a hobby and then, with great passion and dedication, managed to create a prestigious high quality winery. For the present moment, the farm can still be developed and expanded.
Above the prestigious winery there is a main housing part where we can find: on the ground floor - an office, a kitchen, a reception hall of about 120 sqm with windows overlooking the vineyards of the property, a dining room, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, two staircases and a terrace - all for total area of about 250 sqm.
The first floor includes an independent part with a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room; in the rest part of the house we can find a master bedroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom and two terraces; two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a terrace, as well as a laundry room - all for total area of about 260 sqm.
The tasting area is with vaulted dry made ceilings with ancient bricks which welcome guests to taste the famous wines of the winery. This area consists of two adjoining rooms and a guest bathroom (100 sqm).
Next to the tasting area there is two wonderful barriques carved in tufa stone and covered with old bricks. They contain thirty oak barrels.
Under the main building we can find the "lungs" of the farm: the Wine Cellar of about 250 sqm disposed within one room, decorated with ancient Piedmont vaults. This place is equipped with a destemmer, a pump for replacement, three stainless steel tanks for 30 hl, three wooden casks for 25 hl, two stainless steel tanks for 20 hl, fiberglass tanks of various sizes and other equipment for producing of wine.
On the same floor, bordering the winery, there is a changing room with a bathroom and a charming showroom with old stone walls and vaulted brick ceilings where they stored and exposed the bottles of the various years of production.
Next to the main house there is a utility room with plumbing and heating equipment, 25 sqm in size, externally all covered with ancient bricks.
Bordered to the main building there is an independent one-floor apartment, consisting of a kitchen, a living room, a hallway, two bedrooms, a bathroom - all for a total area of about 100 sqm. There is also a large terrace of 30 sqm. This building has a tiled roof and old exposed beams in the roof terrace; externally it is covered with ancient bricks.
Under the apartment there is a warehouse for finished products and barrels. In addition to the bottles of finished product there are about twenty barrels for the aging of wine. The setting is done with reinforced concrete and dug to three sides in the tuff stone which ensures a temperature with low external excursions during the year and with average annual values of about 14 ° C.
Near the barbeque zone we can find another two-floor apartment currently used by custodians, of about 50 sqm each floor; it consist of a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a utility room and a staircase on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
For the lovely warm spring, summer and autumn evenings there is a barbecue area of about 75 sqm equipped with a grate for grilling, oven for bread and pizza, gas stove and two large tables to enjoy with friends the famous local cuisine with truffles, mushrooms, salami and famous cheeses. The porch was built with exposed wood beams and antique tiles.
Under the barbeque area there was built a large garage.
Separately from the main building there is a shed for equipment and farm vehicles. The structure of the building is made of single-span reinforced concrete, roof with exposed beams and antique tiles and exterior walls covered with old bricks salvaged from the demolition of old farmhouses. All this was done in order not to spoil the environment and ensure that the structure fits harmoniously with nature and surrounding landscape. The building is equipped with five aluminum doors and windows, to facilitate the movement of vehicles from the shed directly to agricultural land. Its total area is approximately 360 sqm.
On the one of the external sides of the façade there was constructed a sundial.
Outside the house, on its perimeter there is a walkway coated in cotto that adjoins the main house, the dependent houses and the barbecue area.
Under the main terrace bordering the glass door of the tasting area, there is a natural crotto with spring water carved into the stone.
The wines produced by this prestigious winery: whites - Chardonnay Piemonte D.O.C., Cortese dell'Alto Monferrato D.O.C., Terre Bruciate and Ecartè dei Fiori; reds - Barbera d'Asti D.O.C.G., Barbera d'Asti Superiore Nizza D.O.C.G., Dolcetto D'Asti D.O.C., Vino rosso Barbella; dessert wines - Brachetto d'Acqui D.O.C.G., il Moscato d'Asti D.O.C.G. and Grappa di Dolcetto, Grappa Moscato and la Grappa di Brachetto.

State of repair
All the buildings were excellently restored and preserved respecting the uniqueness of the place and the area. On the ground floor of the housing part the flooring is done in ancient terracotta, partly in prestigious Luserna stone and partly in wood. All the flooring of the first level is wooden.
Walls are in stone and antique bricks, vaults are in ancient bricks.
