Each villa is orientated towards Tong Sai Bay to get the best possible exposure to the sun and for maximum privacy. Therefore you approach from behind the properties through a shared main entrance and reception area. A floating pathway leads to your villa and a single, solid oak door. Once inside, there are two bedrooms alongside a floating staircase down to the third bedroom area, kitchen and living space below. Each double bedroom enjoys a stunning view, as you’d expect. The entire wall facing the ocean and sky outside is either opened up with a large aspect window or sliding glass doors which lead to a large balcony area outside, with easily enough space for several sun loungers or whatever you may require - or instead simply keep the area uncluttered to enjoy the spectacular view. The balcony has an excellent drainage system, important for the heavy rainfall that comes with a tropical climate, and there are non-slip ceramic tiles underfoot. The view is unobscured by using a tempered glass balustrade.

Black polished marble adorns the walls and the custom made sinks are built from terrazzo sand wash. A digitally controlled rain shower is on hand, with a fibre optic star field of lights below to enhance an experience of sheer luxury. Moving downstairs, you enter an open-plan living space that enjoys an incredible vista of the world outside. A luxury fitted kitchen with breakfast area is to one side, with an extensive granite work surface. All of the kitchen units do not have legs and ‘float’, again in keeping with the theme of an unobscured view.

Behind the main living area is a second space that can be used either as an extension of the living are or as a third bedroom. By using it this way you effectively turn the downstairs in to a large suite. This is your choice and can be adapted as you please - there are curtains for privacy if the area is used as a bedroom. Alternatively, the designers will include a wall here for an entirely enclosed third bedroom, obviously with some detraction from the overall impact of a spacious, open plan area. At the rear is another large bathroom. Again as with upstairs there is a custom-made wash basin, behind which is another digitally controlled rain shower. The third bathroom, kitchen and third bedroom are open plan with the villa’s centrepiece - the spectacular, curved main living area. An incredible 14 piece slide-and-turn bay window can be moved entirely to one side or left in place, affording a spectacular panorama of the beautiful, glittering Tong Sai Bay below.

The exterior is accessed either through the bay or a sliding glass door in front of the kitchen. This leads to another main attraction - your personal, private infinity pool. Curving around the outside of the villa, it is surrounded with non-slip unpolished marble tiles. The water is non-chlorinated and cleaned with an electrode filtration system that means you are literally swimming in fresh water. In the evening the pool is lit with a glittering star field below and colored LED lights that you can set to one tone or have alternating through a spectrum of colour. Behind the pool is another relaxation area suitable for sun loungers or an outdoor dining table.
