INTRODUCTION

The fertile and green region of the Apokoronas, east of the city of Chania, stretches from the foothills of the White Mountains to the Mediterranean sea. On the upper slopes are regimented rows of olive trees, their leaves sparkling grey in the breezes; whilst down on the plains groves of orange orchards scent the air.

The well-lit and and cool 20 sqm reception room opens out with concertina doors onto the upper pool terrace. Also on this level is a pleasantly spacious 76 sqm self-contained one bedroom apartment with ensuite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and charming shady north patio. This is presently used as the owner's summer apartment.

On the rooftop is another fully self contained apartment of 57 sqm with two rooms, each with an ensuite shower room, a bedroom, and a living room with modern design wood burning somba.
