This country cottage is located along a concrete country lane, with wonderful views over the hills and mountains in this particularly beautiful area. There is a gated driveway with parking for several cars, and a rear patio and direct access to a large sunny barbecue terrace.

A door to the side of the house leads into the conservatory, once a covered terrace and now an excellent, stylish living and dining room space, with glassed windows on three sides letting in maximum light, and maximising the view over the countryside. This lovely room (8.75 x 2.5m) can be used all year round, being warm from the sun in Winter, and cool in the Summer with all of the windows open.

From here, a door leads into the inner, original living room (5 x 4m) a very spacious and comfortable room, with an open fireplace. To the left is a door to Bedroom 1, (4 x 3.5m) with window to the front and plenty of space for wardrobes and furniture.

To the rear of the living room is an archway that leads to a short corridor. Straight ahead is Bedroom 2 (3 x 2.75m) with window to the rear patio, and to the right is Bedroom 3 (4.25 x 3m) also with window to the rear.

It would be very easy to join the current kitchen to bedroom 2 to make a larger kitchen/diner, and a second bathroom, if two bedrooms were all that was needed. Alternatively, bedroom 1 could be converted into the kitchen/diner, to the front of the property, and the current kitchen could become the third bedroom.

Outside, there are foundations to one side of the house for a second bathroom.

The upper patio terrace outside has steps that lead to the pool terrace. The pool is 4.5 x 2.5m and there is a long garden terrace of 15 x 5.5m, complete with lemon tree and wonderful, peaceful country and mountain views. From this level there is access to the underbuilt, underneath the house which is around 9 x 3m with a low ceiling, ideal to use as a store.

From the garden terrace, steps lead down to the land, which is largely left to nature, planted with almond, olive and fruit trees, and plenty of space for further growing and cultivating and space for chickens, and a bit of the 'country living'! All of the garden and land is accessible, on a gentle slope.

A delightful house in perfect condition, but with plenty of potential for further improvement, in a glorious country setting and very private.
