Main Floor
Large open plan living area comprising a lounge, a dining area and the kitchen. This double aspect room on one side opens onto a sunny deck that has a hot tub and on the other a balcony.

Top Floor
Here there are three double bedrooms. One is large enough to add a single bed, and it has an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms.

Nyon
The chalet is right next to the Gondola lift that accesses the excellent skiing up at Point Nyon. From the Nyon Gondola one can easily ski around the whole of the Morzine and Les Gets sectors, whilst avoiding the crowds on peak dates. Pointe Nyon is one of the best peaks in the whole Portes du Soleil, and offers excellent snow on its north facing slopes. The home run back to the chalet is one of the best in the resort and offers fast cruising blue runs for all abilities. The town centre is about a 900 metre (15 min) walk; however a free shuttle stops outside to access the centre in a couple of minutes.
