There is also a small upstairs room in the eaves (great for kids). This makes a great guest house and could easily be rented out. The pool is at the rear of the main house and right in front of the log cabin, there is a wall all the way around the pool area making it child friendly and also very private, unfortunately the pool is not running at the moment because it needs a new liner (easily fixed).
As you enter the house, you get a very homely feel, the house has been well prepared for living in permanently. There is central heating throughout(run on gas), air conditioning in the lounge, dining room and three of the bedrooms and also a pellet fire in the lounge, so this house can keep to just the right temperature in both the winter and summer. All of the windows and doors have mosquito nets and all mains services are connected, including a landline and internet. Also the house has two water reserve tanks, one as a back up from the mains and the other collects the gray water which then gets used for the garden.
The garage is also very big (47 sq meters) it has three separate rooms, the main space big enough for any car, then there is a utility room where the washing machine and dryer are kept and another separate room which they currently use as a larder. The views are beautiful around here and you can enjoy the views from almost anywhere in the garden. It is walking distance from the village and the village has a few bars, a bakery, a medical center and pharmacy and a grocery store. The main town of Albox is less than 10 minutes away and here there are 3 major supermarkets. The coast line is about 40 minutes from here and Almeria airport is just over an hour away.
