The pond with river is a biotope and beautiful area to relax. Enjoy the colourful plants and learn about the rare birds which visit this place. A biological filtering and circulation system is installed.

2nd garage:
A second garage is located near the car entrance for cars or as storage.

Legal matters:
The urbanization is urban land. The villa has been total legally constructed and finished in 2006. The garden, pool etc. has been finished in 2007/2008. All official permissions are available and can be checked. All construction drawings, permissions, certificates and other useful information is available.
Neighbours are friendly spanish middle class families. Foreigners living in the urbanisation.
