The room has a lovely beamed ceiling and features the original stone sink. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a shower room. There is an enormous bedroom on the first floor which has some very attractive exposed beams and original oak floorboards.

Attached to the original farmhouse is a stone barn, currently used for storage but ripe for conversion if so desired.

The final dwelling is a cute, one bedroom cottage created from an old pig sty. All on one level, it consists of a fully fitted, breakfast kitchen that opens out onto a south facing terrace and a bedroom with French windows and an ensuite shower room.

Half of the grounds are maintained as gardens with lawns and a variety of shrubs and trees along with a vegetable plot. The other half is a fully fenced paddock with a stream running through the middle, perfect for goats or sheep. There would be plenty of space to install a swimming pool if required.

Buyers are advised that whilst there is one fosse septique on the property that is in conformity, the authorities will require the installation of a separate fosse septique to serve the new barn conversion.

The property is only 2km from a small town with a supermarket, boulangerie, bank, bar, restaurant and medical centre. The nearest railway station is only 10 minutes drive whilst the airport in Limoges can be reached in just 40 minutes
