Up the curved staircase from the sitting area are the remainder of the bedrooms. The apartment has its own gated entrance on the lower road with a driveway and garage. The private pool has ample paved terrace with a balustrade, a bbq and outside shower. The French doors open into a circular hallway and through an archway on the right is the lounge which has an air conditioning unit and more French doors to the terrace. The hallway continues round to the double bedroom which has fitted wardrobes and a stone archway into the en-suite. The en-suite has a walk-in shower, fitted shelves, w.c., and a pedestal basin with a mirror above. Opposite this room and up one step is the final circular bedroom which has two doors. The further door leads into the fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower, w.c., pedestal basin and a mirror above with fitted lights. From the bathroom the hallway continues around into the kitchen and dining area, which can also be accessed from the front hallway. The kitchen has fully fitted units with an integrated electric oven, hob and stainless steel extractor hood. There is space for a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
To the side of the apartment there is an external door leading into the laundry room with washing machine and dryer and further storage space.
