A little path with wooden railings and a small flight of stone steps lead to the charming entrance to Casa Elda. The front door opens into a little entrance hall widening out through an archway into the beautiful living / dining room. Sliding French doors on two walls emphasise the rural view and the sound of bird song fills the air. Wood and stone-coloured tiles predominate and an open fireplace provides a focus point. A mezzanine seating area above part of the living room features wood to match the sloping ceiling with its exposed wood bean structure. The whole effect is immensely charming, but also practical as it creates the maximum living space.

Doors off the living room lead into the two bedrooms. The main bedroom is a lovely room with a sloping wood ceiling and French doors opening on to the terrace. The ensuite bathroom is attractively tiled and also features a wood ceiling. The second bedroom is also ensuite (and includes the washing machine) and has a small anteroom with a built-in wardrobe.
