Description
"Canalecchia" farmhouse is a property of ancient origin, with the original structure dating back to 1500, as evidenced by the parish archives of Pierle. Over the years the home has undergone various changes that has given it a strong personality and a beautiful aesthetic impact.

The details that set it apart are the stone staircase, centrally located in the structure that leads through the loggia on the first floor; the tower that stands sideways to the original block and outside pergolas, paved with local stone that make the perfect connection to the outside greenery. The restoration work was made in the early 90s, incorporating into the design solutions the needs of contemporary life.

The property is currently divided into three apartments completely finished and furnished, two of which are on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The first ground floor apartment has a living room, kitchen, utility room, closet, and bathroom, double bedroom with access also from the outside through French windows. The second ground floor apartment consists of: living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which has access to the porch through another door window.
On the ground floor there is also a beautiful and particular outside bathroom, located under the staircase that leads to the first floor.
The first floor is accessed via a beautiful stone staircase with a covered loggia, large enough to comfortably accommodate a table for four people. From the loggia you enter the master apartment where one finds the large and bright dining room with kitchen, from here you enter the living room, which gives a cosy feel although boasting impressive features like the ancient, handmade, stone fireplace found on the site during the restorations. There is a large hallway that has two bathrooms on either side of it, and from here you can reach the two double bedrooms. From one of the bedrooms there is the access to the tower on two levels with, study and a further bedroom upstairs. From here you can enjoy a splendid view of the valley.
The property has an additional structure on the outside finished in local stone; currently used as a warehouse and basement storage. The gardens of the house are very well looked after with fruit trees and ornamental flowers. The 12x6 pool has the same stone facing as the main house. The land that surrounds the farmhouse is about 3.1 hectares, although the large garden and lawn is completely fenced. The property is provided with a private well with an abundance of water.
