The oldest part of the building complex, probably the three hundred has been found in the farmhouse and in the cellar which extends in the basement of the villa.
It dates back to the fifteenth century the central part of the villa which is owned in the fifteenth century. the family of Bizzini, family of the mayor of San Casciano. The Bizzini held it until the eighteenth century when the family died out. The villa was then the family of Siena Marsili to which we owe the eighteenth century restoration of the complex. The interior frescoes date back to this period and are attributed to one of the most important authors of the Florentines called "quadraturisti" of the eighteenth century.
