The two portions of land are directly behind the chalet going up quite a steep hill. They are currently wooded. Planning should be possible for further chalets or subject to full redevelopment something bigger


The chalet is about 2-300 metres from the centre of the village, 2 minute walk (you can see the centre of the village from the balcony picture attached). The bus up to the 8 man bubble goes from the centre and takes two minutes. .

You can ski from the top of the resort back to the bottom of the bubble most days during the season. The other pictures show the new drive work which was completed 4 years ago.

SKI AREA

The Grand Massif is one of the largest ski areas situated at the heart of the Upper Savoy region of the Northern Alps, between Geneva and Chamonix. 5 linked ski resorts ranging from 700 m to 2500 m in altitude: Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns and Sixt. The Les Carroz ski resort at 1140 m in altitude is the most easily accessible of them all.
