Karine and Simon have lived and work here in Spain since 1997, having transferred from the hectic Hyatt Regency Hotel at Charles de Gaulle in Paris to the then, Hyatt Resort Hotel, La Manga Club, both, within a matter of months had decided that Murcia and the Costa Calida were the ideal place for them to settle down and raise a family.



Multi Lingual Experienced Property Management Team

Karine using her wealth of experience and management skills gained in the Hotel service industry, as well as her fluent command of the English, Spanish and French languages, took control of a little known property management company owned by a prominent local business man at La Manga Club and turned it into, what today is probably recognised as the premier management company of the resort.

Simon who had already joined the property sales team of the same company, with an initial grounding of six months in property management, was able to experience the boom property sales period of the early part of this century and was responsible for a considerable amount of ´off plan sales´ for the new developments of La Manga Club and Murcia´s new sports and leisure developments.
