This comfortable home is located on a very quiet development in the popular area of Puente Don Manuel. Set away from the shops and bars, but still only a short walk, it is a peaceful and pretty location and the views from the garden are very pleasant, with the distant backdrop of the mountains beyond the development.

A gate leads to off-street parking and a brick built car port area. Next to this are the pretty gardens with many well established flowering bushes. A central pergola houses the jacuzzi, set into the ground, (although on the official plans it shows a swimming pool, the owners preferred a jacuzzi).

The house has a semi circular facade, with a spacious front terrace overlooking the gardens and the views, up three steps from the garden level and with a gate. From here, double glass doors lead into the conservatory area, an excellent room to dine in all year round. The double glazed, pvc structure is well built and ideal for use in the Winter. Double doors from here lead in to the living room area.

The living area has a high, sloping ceiling with beams and is divided into a living room to the front, with a pellet stove to one side (excellent as an alternative to a wood burner, as they are programmable and clean), and a dining area to the rear. Beyond the dining area, an arch leads into the kitchen, (3 x 3.25m) which is fully fitted and has a glass back door leading to the rear of the property. To the left of the kitchen is an arch into a useful utility and laundry room (1.5 x 1.75m).

Back in the living room, an arch to the left leads to a small distribution area and from here is access to the two bedrooms to left and right, and the bathroom in between. Bedroom 1, to the left, overlooks the garden and is 3.25 x 3m, including built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 2, to the right, is 4 x 3m including built-in wardrobes,and has an ensuite shower room, although the current owners opted not to have the shower unit put in, to allow more space and so currently it just has a WC and wash basin (2 x 2m). The family bathroom is 2.25 x 2m with a low level bath with overhead shower.

To the rear of the house (from the back door in the kitchen) is a tiled pathway leading around the back and sides of the house with pretty flower beds.

This is an ideal house for a couple or single person looking for an easy to maintain home with just enough in the way of gardening to call it a part time hobby, and close to facilities.
