This room has wood laminate flooring under the tiling, with extra insulation between the two layers and extra insulation behind the wardrobes, resulting in a very comfortable room all year round. Opposite, is Bedroom 2, 10m2 including built-in wardrobes and air conditioning.

Although this is a modern built house, it has rustic touches, such as the good quality wooden windows in traditional Andalusian style with shutters.

Outside, a large covered terrace with three pretty arches and views over the garden, pool and mountains, offers an ideal area for outside living and relaxing. Three steps down from here into the garden, we find the 8 x 4m pool with Roman steps leading into the water, and gardens all around, laid to lawn and flowering bushes and shrubs. There is also a large shed for storing garden furniture and tools. There is access all the way around the house.
