Here also is the family bathroom (2.5 x 1.5m plus large alcove) with bath and overhead shower.

At the end of the corridor is bedroom 3 (3.5 x 3.25m) which also has double glass sliding doors onto a balcony.

To the left hand side of the corridor is the door to the first terrace. This delightful open space is 3.75 x 3.5m, with tremendous, breathtaking views over the countryside and a cane covering giving cool, dappled shade. This is a perfect area for outdoor living, dining, barbecuing and even the occasional siesta! It is ideal for use all year round.

However, the crowning glory of this lovely house, accessed via a spiral staircase, is the vast roof terrace. This glorious space, with breathtaking views of the village, the square, and the sweep of countryside all around, is a staggering 12.5 x 4m, very unusual for a village house.
