In a picturesque hamlet that was the site of the area's mills, just 2 kilometers from Frosolone, province of Isernia, in the Molise region, we propose a stone country house dating back 1925 on two levels, partly finely renovated and habitable. On the ground floor, about 75 sq m, we find not yet restored rooms, used for storage and wine cellar. On the first floor, also of 75 sq m and completely renovated about 5 years ago, there are two bedrooms, of which one double, a kitchen and living in open space with open fireplace and oven, bathroom with shower and bath. The renovated part has the characteristics of the past, like old terracotta floors and vaulted brick ceiling. The services available are water, electricity, telephone, two air-conditioners. The property has about one hectare of land with outbuilding of about 20 sqm to be restored. A few meters from the ground run two small rivers that make the land very fertile. The house enjoys a magnificent view over the valley. Frosolone is a town of about 3100 inhabitants where to find all the main amenities as groceries, banks, post office, pharmacy, restaurants, schools etc.
