The plot size is 104m2 so the courtyard is large, with nice plants and flowers. As the house is in the village, which is in a valley, there are no grand panoramic views, but this is not a disadvantage because of the big courtyard, which is perfect for dining al fresco, reading quietly or as a safe playing area for children. What was the original wine bath here could be developed into a feature, or removed to enlarge the courtyard sitting area.

Fourni is a friendly and historic village. There are two tavernas, a cafeneion and a small old fashioned type shop and the area is well serviced by the traveling salesman. It is a 5 minute drive to Neapolis with all its services, a couple of minutes to Nikithiano with its post office and taverna, a couple more minutes to Limnes with its bakery, little supermarket, tavernas, cafeneions and post office. Aghios Nikolaos is at 20 kms.
