The large garage has its own title deed. This means that this is an urban plot and you could potentially put another property here as a future project. The whole house has been well restored apart from some of the upstairs rooms, there is one good bedroom upstairs and the roof is sound.

However, the rest of the upstairs space could easily be made into another three more bedrooms. Also there is a small upstairs terrace, this terrace has very good views and it is large enough to sit and have a drink and enjoy the sun set. This is a great traditional Spanish village house! It has all mains services connected and it is not far from anywhere.
