I think it best to describe the exterior of the property complex first to show its unique perspective.

Disabled access runs from the covered car parking area along the side of the block and then onto a ramp which in turn leads to the swimming pool. This is a lovely pool surrounded by attractive shrubbery. Communal showers and w/c s are provided for owners use. There is also a state of the art lift, again designed to make life for those with impaired mobility that much easier. Each apartment has its own store room.

This particular apartment is located on the second floor and is immediately opposite the lift.

It is worth emphasizing that the door frames in this property are wider than usual to allow for wheelchair access, but also gives a feeling of space throughout the apartment.

Once through the front door of the apartment, the kitchen is to the left. Although the apartment is being sold unfurnished the kitchen does contain BALAY fridge/freezer, oven and hob, and washing machine as well as a HAIER dishwasher, granite work tops and plenty of cupboard space. These white goods are included in the price.

The lounge includes a gas fire and patio doors which lead from the lounge to the south west facing balcony. This balcony offers superb views not only over the hills and mountains but also to the sea in the west. The balcony has an overhead pergola and side shading. As the balcony faces south west it is possible to enjoy the sun for the scorching Mediterranean sun for the vast majority of the day and then in the evening sit here with a brandy sour watching the spectacular sunset over the Akamas peninsular.

The two bedrooms are to the left of the lounge. Bedroom one has a personal balcony offering spectacular mountain views to the east. This is the ideal place to enjoy breakfast. This bedroom also has wardrobes with floor to ceiling sliding doors.

The family bathroom is designed as a wet room to give easy access for showering

Bedroom 2 again has plenty of storage space and shares the same balcony as the lounge, and of course has the same views.

Neo Chorio is a traditional hill village which lies on the edge of the Akamas National Park, just to the west of the upmarket fishing Marina of Latchi and roughly 10 minutes' drive from the town of Polis. In the village there is a shop and a selection of restaurants, the closest being a five minute walk from the apartment. The closest beach is a five minute drive away.

Latchi Marina has a good selection of restaurants many specialising in fresh fish which have been caught the previous evening by the local fishermen. There are a wide range of water sports activities available, or take a boat trip to the Blue Lagoon, where you can go swimming or scuba diving, and afterwards enjoy a traditional Cypriot BBQ on the boat.
