Las Filipinas it is a very lively area, with easy access to bars, restaurants, supermarket and close to a bus route that will take to the areas around. It is also very close to golf courses and perfect for holiday makers or people that want to live all year round.

Campoamor is located to the south of the Orihuela Costa and is easily accessed by both Murcia and Alicante airports via the N332 and the AP-7 Auto Pista Mediterraneo. Campoamor is the ideal location for people wished to access both the Costa Calida and Costa Blanca.

Campoamor and Dehesa de Campoamor have fine sandy beaches with many amenities close at hand. The area itself offers much to both residents and visitors, including numerous shops, bars and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and new state of the art medical centre and emergency room. Campoamor is also known for itīs fins golf course Campoamor Real, located between to other fine courses Las Ramblas and Villamartin. Also within driving distance are the golf courses of La Finca, La Romero and La Marquesa to name but a few.

Villamartin is a fast growing tourist destination located on the Southern Costa Blanca, just west of Torrevieja. To get to Villamartin you can either fly into Alicante airport or Murcia airport.

Villamartin has grown rapidly in recent years with many British people and other Northern Europeans snapping up cheap apartments as second homes in the sun. Accommodation is mainly apartments but also townhouses and some villas.

Even if you are not into golf, Villamartin has plenty of attractions. Primarily this is about the climate and Villamartin weather - the sunshine and heat.

Because there are so many beaches along the coast it is possible to easily find uncrowded white sandy beaches - even in August. Examples of beaches close to Villamartin are La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca and Campoamor. All of them have the European Blue Flag which signifies high standards of water cleanliness, safety and good facilities for the family.

Close to Villamartin is the gated community of Los Dolses also with it's own plaza.

Orihuela Costa enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in winter. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees.

In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round destination.
