The property has parking spaces outside for a handful of cars, a secure lower garden area for pets if desired and a new paved area to the rear that is perfect for young children to play in or could be a location for a pool if so desired. 

A good sized garage area on the lower level houses all the heating (diesel/electric or solar) and pump systems silently from the main house, and also offers lots of secure storage space for gardening items, furniture and beach/sports equipment.

The nearest beaches are Liapades, Paleokastritsa, Agios Georgios, Dassia, Ipsos and Barbati, all about 10-20 minutes drive away at most. Corfu town is 20-25 minutes drive away. There is a bus service that runs from the village into Corfu town, and towards the North Beaches.

There is local horse-riding, a small zoo with taverna and playground only 5 minutes away, lots of country walks and Aqualand is only 25 minutes drive away, as is the airport. Gouvia Marina is a mere 10 mins, with a pool, playground, cafes, bars and restaurants. 

There are great village tavernas in nearby Doukades and Troumbetta, 5 minutes away. Whilst Skripero village itself has some smaller coffee shops that serve Mezes, and there is also a convenience shop at the end of the road from the house.
