This beautiful old house is bursting with original charm and character! Located just outside a country hamlet not far from the village of Benamargosa, the location is as charming and quirky as the house itself!

Access is via a little path, past the picturesque neighbouring cottages, to the garden. From the living room stairs lead up to a corridor. To the right, bedroom 1 (3 x 3m) with a beautiful window, beams and sloping ceiling. Along the corridor are bedroom 2 (4 x 2m) with built-in wardrobe and pretty windows and bedroom 3 (4 x 3m) with dual aspect windows.

Outside, at the far end of the patio terrace is a good sized storeroom, which could potentially be incorporated into the main house.

From the terrace, there is a a short path leading to the main garden terrace, a delightful space, ideal for all types of outdoor living activities, and with natural shade from various trees. It is a beautiful, 'nostalgic' area and completely surrounded by avocado orchards. Here, we find the entrance to the guest casita, with an original bread oven just by the front door. Inside, immediately to the left is the shower room and one step down leads into the rustic style kitchen. This area has beamed ceilings and varnished cane infill, and a wooden breakfast bar with high stools. An opening leads down into the living room, again, a beautiful room bursting with character. From here, a spiral staircase leads up to the bedroom above the living room.

The word that springs to mind with Casa Adelina is 'enchanting'! The building is 156m2 (bear in mind the walls are 1m thick in places!) and the plot around the house is an additional 200m2.
