The property is approached via a short path and to the left of the path is the covered parking area. Those familiar with Cyprus will be aware of the importance of covered parking in view of the fierce Mediterranean sun.
The house is unique in that it has been built on the side of a hill so that all rooms have great views of the sea. Due to this unique layout it means that the front door leads into an entrance hall on the same level as the bedrooms.

Argaka is a popular location for people buying detached villas, and apart from the restaurants and beach bar below this property, there are a number of other restaurants in Argaka as well as shops, and a bakery. The popular traditional town of Polis is a ten minute drive away and has a full range of facilities, and many restaurants many situated around the main square. A 15 minute drive will take you to the upmarket Marina at Latchi, which offers a wide range of water sports activities, and boat hire. Alternatively just relax on the waterside in one of the many restaurants, mainly specializing in locally caught fish.
