In accordance with the results of the geotechnical survey, a system of footings and joining slabs between columns was chosen. This system enables the natural resistance conditions of the terrain to be harnessed while providing protection for the footings against potential seismic activity.

Separation walls between homes are double partition walls in laminated plaster plaques with 6cm rock wool sound insulation inside. Indoor partition walls in homes are also made in laminated plaster plaques with galvanised steel profiles. Floors between homes have impact sound insulation, and the ground floor has 4cm-thick extruded polystyrene insulation.

Smooth plastic paint on laminated plaster plaques (* choice of colours possible). Lowered ceilings in laminated plaster throughout the house finished in tow coats of plastic paint, openable in bathroom (main or second bathroom, depending on house type) for the installation and maintenance of air conditioning equipment.

Dehesa de Campoamor (Campoamor for short) is situated 15 minutes away from Murcia airport (approximately 20 km) and 35 minutes from Alicante Airport which is approximately 60km away (thanks to a fine new motorway).
Campoamor is a popular seaside resort on the south Orihuelan Coast. Campoamor is on the border of the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida.
Campoamor is ideally situated as it quite possible to go on holiday there without hiring a car, as one can easily get an airport transfer or catch a taxi from the airport and Campoamor is one of the few towns on the Costa Blanca that offers a good bus service to Torrevieja and its surrounding towns and beaches.

Campoamor weather is excellent as it is blessed with over 320 days of pure sunshine per annum and also has blue flag beaches with a good range of facilities such as, sun loungers, sun shades to rent, pedalos, jet skis, beach bars, snack bars, volley ball nets, foot showers and WC's. Campoamor is a good place to be based if you have come to the area to play golf. There are three golf courses located nearby at Real Club de Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas golf.

Las Colinas de Campoamor is a new development of a golf course and villas and apartments. The location of Las Colinas de Campoamor Golf Resort means that it is very accessible with good motorway links and proximity to three international airports.
By road, the resort is just a few minutes drive from the main A-7 and AP-7 motorways, for connection to Alicante and Murcia, as well as being a short distance to the AP-36 and A-31, for access to Madrid.
By train the high quality Altaria trains link Madrid with Alicante and Murcia and the AVE high speed train will soon link the capital with Alicante and Murcia in less than 2 hours.
