A track of 1.8Kms from the road, mainly concreted, leads to the property, situated close to another similar country house (24m distance) but very private. A walk around the side leads to the gardens, currently laid mainly to gravel with wonderful views of the Maroma mountain (highest peak in Malaga province) and surrounding countryside. To the other side of the house is the pool and surrounding sun terraces and garden area. There is huge scope here for landscape gardening and planting, as the property is currently kept at a low maintenance level with very little planting.

The pool is 8 x 4m with terracing surround and a large covered terrace area (5 x 3m) divides the pool area from the house. Double wooden doors lead straight into the open plan living space, with nicely tiled floors and high, sloping beamed ceilings. This large space is 4.2 x 10m, with the lounge/diner at one end, a brick fireplace situated centrally, and a good size kitchen to the other. There is also a centrally located air conditioning unit.

To the far right is an opening leading to a distribution area of 2.5 x 1m. To the right is bedroom 1, which is in an L shape (3 x 1m plus 6 x 3m) with en-suite bathroom (3 x 2m) with a double walk-in shower. To the left is a utility room and laundry area (3 x 2m).

Also from the living room is an opening leading to a further distribution area (2 x 1m) and from here we have access to the other bedrooms and family bathroom. To the right is bedroom 2 (4 x 3m) with a large wooden window letting in plenty of light. Next to this is the family bathroom (3 x 2m) with bath and a space above, over the distribution area, for storage of suitcases etc. And to the left is bedroom 3 (4 x 3m).
