This property is located in the mountain countryside about 10 minutes drive from the beautiful village of Canillas de Aceituno, 25 minutes from the bustling country town of Velez-Malaga and 30 minutes from the coast.

There is a track to reach it of 2Kms, passable in a normal car, but for regular use, a small 4×4 would be ideal, especially bearing in mind all the little tracks and shortcuts across the countryside that can be so easily used in such a vehicle.

A drive leads down to gates, and into a car park for several cars. From here is access to the house, gardens and to a patio area to the rear of the house.

The front door leads into a hallway, with door through to the open plan living area, with a large, fully fitted kitchen (around 5 x 4m) nicely presented and in perfect condition, and open to the living room/dining room area (around 6 x 5m) with woodburner. This bathroom also has a door to the corridor, making it accessible from the corridor, or from within bedroom 3.

To the front of the house is the pretty, kidney shaped, 32m2 pool and pool terrace and a glance to the left shows us a glimpse of the sea in the distance. To the side of the house is a large fruit tree orchard with a bordering row of brightly colour oleander bushes. The views beyond of the sierra are quite stunning!

Beyond the gardens is the rest of the land, down on a slope that could easily be made accessible, which could be developed further as gardens or to grow almond, olives, figs and grapevines.
