Ross joined the business in 2016 having worked within the banking sector for a number of years. Ross began his career with Certus in 2012 where he was primarily focused on assisting them in their retail, commercial and corporate portfolios, with a strong focus on management of arrears to maximise collection of assets. Ross then joined Citigroup in 2014 and worked as a Case Manager on the New Clients Desk, with a focus of guiding institutional clients through the new client onboarding process. Ross gained excellent exposure to internal and external clients within both roles and developed excellent interpersonal skills in the process.
