Unique in Galicia. Estate with 74 ha (185 acres) of land in one piece. This magnificent property is located in a wonderful rural area close to Ortigueira and the beaches.

Apart from the main residence which consists of a nice entrance hall with bathroom and pantry where one also finds the water boilers on the left hand side. On the right hand side one finds the big eat-in kitchen which is fully equipped. The entire property is fenced with a sturdy fence, about half the property is bordered by a river with waterfalls and a watermill which is also included in the price. The property is reached by a paved road. On the property, especially around the buildings are also paved roads, the tracks through the land are hard surface (gravel) and are in an excellent condition. There are 20 cows included and two three year old big tractors and all machinery. This is an excellent investment property which is offered far below its market value, no further discounts are possible.
