If you are looking for a country house for permanent living or excellent rental earnings, in beautiful countryside, but not far from a large town or the coast, this may be the best house you will find on the market!

And at the far end of the garden is an excellent vineyard, well kept and ideal for anyone wishing to experiment with making their own wine! There are over 60 productive vines in the vineyard.

All around the gardens are pretty views over this very lovely countryside, and its fabulous location, on the side of the low hills of the Velez valley, guarantee a very mild, sub-tropical climate.
