The door leading from the terrace goes down some steps onto the lawn which leads onto the bridge, marina, swimming pool and garden area. Hopefully the photographs do a better job of describing the place than I do!

There are two rooms on the lake-level floor which are great for storage and washing machines etc. There is an another room on the same level for bicycles and aditional storage space outside for canoes etc. The private marina also has space set aside for visitors and lies adjacent to the comunal garden. The garden leads to the patio and swimming pool area and there is also a small private beach.
If you are looking for space, privacy and a place on the lake, this ticks all the boxes.

From a location perspective, Le Lumina is 40 minutes from Morzine and around the same from Geneva. It's a 15 minute walk from Evian and the ferry from there takes 30 minutes to reach Lausanne. From Lausanne there is a train every 15 minutes or so direct to Geneva and its airport.
