A unique small and historic house in the heart of the city centre of the medieval Erice, a short walk away from the main square. The entrance door is framed by a XV century portal, overlooking a small courtyard, which allows a remarkable privacy. The internal layout, which is nicely split in different levels, includes a dining area with kitchenette, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The total commercial area is about 80 square metres. The internal flooring is made of light-colored ceramic for the sleeping area and of terracotta for the living area, with marble travertine interludes for decommitments. Then, the restrooms are decorated with mosaics and include bathroom fittings in fine ceramics. All rooms are provided with air conditioning and equipped with wooden window frames with double glazing.
