This spacious and superbly located bungalow has the frontage lined with local stone giving it a more interesting kerb appeal, it sits in a very private spot in the countryside close to protected historical Roman settlements and places of natural beauty such as natural river pools.

Layout

Up the drive you reach the garage. To the left there is a long veranda area with arches, the same length as the house, where you will find the front door and three sets of large glass patio doors.

The garage can be accessed from the veranda, to the back of it there is a large utility area where there are; the diesel boiler, gas boiler, tank for hot water and underfloor heating.

At the back of the house there is a patio area, which has a shower room servicing the pool, housing for the gas bottles, housing for the pool filtering and pump machinery and at the end, a large wood storage area. The pool can be accessed from this patio or from the log cabin.

The log cabin can be accessed via an independent drive and has a lounge with two large windows, air conditioning unit, a sofa bed and two armchairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with; a fridge freezer, low level cabinets, cooker, smoke extractor and gas boiler for hot water and has a window overlooking the woodland. The log cabin is also equipped with a hydro massage shower unit. Above both of these areas there is a mezzanine bedroom accessed by a wooden ladder. At the front of the log cabin, the decking area requires attention.

The property is located in the small village of Pessegueiro which is 1.5km from a café and 5km from a petrol station.

The municipality town of Ansião it's 6.8km distance where you find, registry office, notary services, banks, supermarkets, schools, public swimming pool parks, cafés en restaurants, etc.

Around this area there are typical villages, mills, panoramic views, roman ruins, monuments, river beaches etc.

The small castle city of Penela is about 32km distance.

The historic town of Tomar, which is home to the UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo, founded by the Templars is only 40 to 45 minutes drive from the property.

Figueira da Foz the beautiful coastal beach is easily accessed in approximately 50 to 55 minutes by car via the IC8.

All major European high street shopping is available in city of Coimbra the 3rd biggest city in Portugal which is only 50 minutes drive on the A13 motorway.

Porto and Lisbon airports are at similar distance from the property, Porto is approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes drive and Lisbon approximately two hours' by car.
