The villa itself is approx. 120 meters squared.

All of the bedrooms in the house are spacious doubles and they all have large built in wardrobes (lots of storage space). All of the windows have mosquito nets and they are all good quality double glazed windows and doors. The plot is fully walled and very private, there is a fully fitted outside kitchen/bar area looking over the pool zone. The terrace around the pool is white marble (non slip). At the rear of the property there is another private courtyard area, with barbeque. This is a great little sun trap for those winter months. The house has all mains services including internet and landline. There is also a 2000 liter water reserve deposit to make sure the house has good water pressure. The garden is very low maintenance also. This would make a perfect holiday home or for relocation.

The house is just less than a 10 minute drive from the main town of Albox. You can reach our beautiful coastline in just under 40 minutes and Almeria airport is only about an hour away.
