This elevated 3 bed villa real stands out for all the right reasons and offers exceptional mountain and distant sea views to enjoy from every part of this wonderful property. The villa was constructed in stages by the current owners so not rushed and designed to their specifications making sure the works carried out were precise and to the best standard.

You enter the property grounds through an impressive automated gate and the road is brick all the way to the house. To the right of the property is a small orange grove of 30 or so trees and to the left around 20 olive trees which can be harvested for olive oil.

As you enter the property you have a garage to the right and to the right of that is a paved side road with enough space for many cars. As you enter the villa proper there is walled utility room to the left which is off the kitchen. There is a cloakroom to the right and entrance hall with a staircase in front which leads to the upper bedroom and separate from the rest of the house. This bedroom has its own bathroom (not en-suit) with a terrace and a set of patio doors leading to a balcony with fantastic views - the terrace also offers great views of the surrounding area and sea.

Back to the hallway and to the left is the fully fitted kitchen which is equipped with all white goods. To the right is the lounge with fully function log burner and dining area - it also has wooden beams which are a feature of this property. This room is very impressive with access to the pool and inner court yard and the heart of the villa. Moving on and up some steps is the master bedroom and family bathroom. The bathroom is has double basins and a good sized oval bath. The master bedroom is large with patio doors leading to a nice grassed verge within the internal courtyard.

Also off the hallway by the kitchen entrance is the dayroom. The dayroom was originally going to be an open terrace but the owners decided to enclose it - this area is where they spend most of their time and its very easy to see why. The views here are amazing and the space is very comfortable with good light. The garden can be accessible from here as can the swimming pool. The pool area is private with many tress, terraces and shrubbery - this area and the whole area around the house has real grass and very green and fully irrigated.

To the back of the pool is a Balsa (mini reservoir) of 150,000 litres and the water supply for the house - before the water gets to the house it is filtered. There is also a small independent living area under the property which is accessible from the pool area. This space has a small kitchenette but no separate bathroom but one could easily be introduced making this space a potential separate dwelling for visiting family or guests.

The walls of the villa are cavity walls and the garden areas are on fully automated water system so the garden looks after itself for the most part. The villa also comes with a small paddock, 2 kennels, shed and the whole property benefits from gas central heating. The gas is held in a gas tank of 1000 litres away from the villa. The whole property is fenced and gated and close to the motorway network. Antas village is approximately a 5 minute drive away and so is Los Gallardos. Both villages offer great restaurants, bars, shops and post offices and the beaches of Mojacar and Vera are a 15 minute drive away.

The property has two neighbours so you are not isolated but they are far enough away to insure privacy.
