You enter the property grounds through an impressive automated gate and the road is brick all the way to the house. To the right of the property is a small orange grove of 30 or so trees and to the left around 20 olive trees which can be harvested for olive oil.
As you enter the property you have a garage to the right and to the right of that is a paved side road with enough space for many cars. As you enter the villa proper there is walled utility room to the left which is off the kitchen. There is a cloakroom to the right and entrance hall with a staircase in front which leads to the upper bedroom and separate from the rest of the house.
