This super, renovated cottage is within 5 minutes' of the beach by car and just 10 minutes on foot. It is situated on the outskirts of the village, with a very pretty valley walk directly from the house. It is an ideal lock-up-and-leave holiday home.

The property is one hour from the airport at Brest and 1 hour 15 minutes from the ferry port of Roscoff. The drive to the ferry at St Malo takes about 2 hours.

There are two first floor bedrooms - one leading into the other, and a lovely insulated attic bedroom that has just been converted by the current owners.

A ground floor extension houses the bathroom/utility room and this has a rear door opening on to the garden. Heating is by multi-fuel stove, which burn both wood and coal. There is also electric heating.

The property has a good sized garden and has two accesses - one from the road via steps down to the terrace or from below where there is a parking space with steps leading up to the garden and terrace. There is a section to the rear of the property with trees and a path to the rear shed.

The garden is mainly lawned with a terrace for al fresco dining. There are two sheds, one of wooden construction and the other made of steel panels. There is also a stone-built log store at the rear of the property for topping up the woodburner in the sitting room.
