If you want to drive a bit further you will find, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino and Perugia to name just a few. Between 60 and 90 minutes you have, Siena, Assisi, Florence, Pisa and Porto Santo Stefano (beach destination) and many more. Rome is at about 2 hours.
