Nice country house with summer kitchen, big barn, spacious plot of land and great panoramic views situated in a quiet village 30 km away from the City of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors. The ground floor consists of corridor, living room, kitchen and basement. Via solid external staircase (made of stone) one can go to the second floor where a terrace, corridor and three bedrooms are situated. The terrace provides great panoramic 180 degrees overview of the whole neighborhood, the rest of the village and distant fields and mountains. Next to the house is the summer kitchen which represents a one level structure with spacious premise used as dining room and a bathroom next to it. Not far away from the summer kitchen are the open air parking spot (inside the yard), a small storage building and a big barn with massive stone foundations. This building was intended to be a house from the very start of its construction but for some reason it ended up as a big barn with four vast premises - two on the ground floor and another two on the upper level. This building can be easily transformed into a second house (guest house e.g.) and a garage can be built in front of it. The front yard is relatively small and has only some flowers, grass and small vineyard. Most of the land is behind the buildings. The backyard has several fruit trees and a lot of open space giving you a plenty of room to make a beautiful garden as the soil is very fertile. The house is in the outskirts of the village. There are other properties around which are inhabited but the neighbors are good and quiet, retired folks. The neighboring plot of land which is next to the house can also be purchased by the future owners if they want to extend the yard and make it bigger. The village where this property is situated is very nice and quiet and it has regular bus transport, postal services, several shops, cafe/bar. The next village has a train stop and from there one can go to any other part of the country - the seaside, the capital city, the regional center, the municipality center. The municipality center is a nice small town about 10 km away from the property. It provides a lot of shops, good transport connections, medical services, administrative services, schools and kindergartens, library, etc. The road linking the municipality center and the village is in very good condition. It was renovated about three years ago and there isn`t much traffic on it. Less than five kilometers away from the house, fishermen can enjoy the nice fishing spots at one of the biggest rivers in Bulgaria. Not far away from the river is a beautiful old monastery which is frequently visited by local and foreign tourists. The area around the river provides also great places for picnic and camping. The surrounding area is very picturesque and also provides nice conditions for hunting and exploring. Great property with good location and a lot of potential at a decent price.
