Casale dei Ciliegi was originally a peasant dwelling, probably once included in the large estate of the Castle of Serra Partucci.
Entry to the property is via an automatic gate positioned a few meters from the main road, one then reaches the property via a tree-lined white road in good condition.
The renovation was completed in 2008. The materials used are typical of a Umbrian-Tuscan farm: local stone for masonry, hand fired roof tiles, wooden beams, terracotta tiles and the windows are done in wood with double glazing.

The farmhouse and the annex have undergone a very good a complete restoration, carried out in stages, starting in 1997 and completed in 2008. The materials are local stone, on all the exterior and part of the inside, the roof with thermal insulation and recovered roof tiles.
The methodologies of construction of the floors and roof are the classic ones of the past, and so done with wooden beams and terracotta inlay. Even the flooring integrates well in context. The window frames are hard wood with double glazing and interior shutters.

The heating is powered by a LPG system with underground tank.
