Casale dei Ciliegi was originally a peasant dwelling, probably once included in the large estate of the Castle of Serra Partucci.
Entry to the property is via an automatic gate positioned a few meters from the main road, one then reaches the property via a tree-lined white road in good condition.
The renovation was completed in 2008. The materials used are typical of a Umbrian-Tuscan farm: local stone for masonry, hand fired roof tiles, wooden beams, terracotta tiles and the windows are done in wood with double glazing.
