Full description:

Big country house with plot of land and nice views situated in a lively village 30 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property consists of spacious main building, two old storage buildings and 700 sq.m. plot of land. The house is very solid. It has been built from steel, concrete and bricks with solid stone blocks in the foundations. It has two floors and big attic space which can be transformed into living area. The ground level has a nice small porch in front of the house. From here one enters the house through a corridor which leads to the kitchen, living room, bedroom and a bathroom. The bathroom is tiled, equipped and ready for use. So is the kitchen. This floor was also prepared for the installation of a local heating unit which for one reason or another never happened. All windows and doors have been changed with new made from PVC. From here over the solid internal staircase one can go to the second floor. This floor still needs some work. Much of the repairs have been started but were eventually left unfinished. It has three premises and a corridor. One of the rooms is very big and is suitable for main bedroom (with the possibility of an ensuite bathroom) or it can be transformed into a spacious living room. The remaining two premises can be used as bedrooms. One of these rooms has a terrace with nice panoramic views over the neighboring houses, the rest of the village and distant mountains and fields. The attic floor can be accessed through the internal staircase. This level provides enough space that can be used as storage area or as living area after some small modifications. The house received completely new wiring and plumbing all over as well as brand new roof. The previous owners bought the property and started renovating it because they were planning to move and live here after they retire but plans changes and they are eager to sell the house now. On the outside next to the house one can find the two old barns/storage buildings. They have certain potential which can be used and they can be turned into more useful assets than what they are in the moment. Most of the yard is at the back of the house. The property borders two different streets. The main entrance is at the front of the house while the gate to enter the yard is at the side. Further in the yard one can find the foundations of an old house which was demolished years ago by the previous owners. The main idea of leaving the foundations intact was that the latter can be used for the construction of a garage in that spot. This is a great option as these foundations are almost exactly facing the gates from where one can enter the yard from the side street. The neighboring area is also very nice and quiet. The village is lively and offers several shops, local post office, cafe-bar. There is a train stop serving the village. It is some distance away but there is a bus connecting the village and the train stop. From there one can go to the municipality center, the regional center, the capital city and basically any other part of the country. The surrounding area provides many opportunities for outdoor activities. The landscape offers pine forest, valleys, hills, mountains and nice big river. There is a big monastery just a few kilometers away from the village. Very nice property with splendid views and great location waiting for its new owners.
