Full description:

The cottage can be found in the very small village of Somogyharsasgy which is located next to the Zselic national park.

The 55m2 cottage does require full renovation both inside and out. Mains electricity is connected, but the water will need connecting from the street (600GBP connection approx.).

Inside the cottage you will find a large room which would make a good sized living/diner.
Another room could be the bedroom.

The kitchen room has access to the underground wine cellar.

The last room in the property could make the bathroom.

Outside in these extensive hilltop gardens of 5,125m2 you have amazing views over the local countryside.

If you are looking for plenty of land with a renovation project, then this could well be perfect for you.

The town of Szigetvar has plenty of local shops, restaurants, spa baths and local markets which are held in the town.
The climate in this part of Hungary is beautifully mild and can be related to a Sub-Mediterranean style.
The cities of Kaposvar and Pecs are both within easy reach and have plenty of Supermarkets as well as restaurants and Shopping malls.
In 2010, Pécs was selected to be the European Capital of Culture sharing the title together with Essen and Istanbul. The city's motto is: "The Borderless City". After receiving the title major renewal started in the city Renewed public places, streets, squares and neighborhoods, new cultural centers, a concert hall, a new library and center and a cultural quarter were designed.
The city of Kaposvar has many high street shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars in the centre.
Today Kaposvar is a popular university city making it lively and vibrant. With its well-kept plazas, streets and flower beds you will have much to admire about this wonderful cultural city. There are plenty of festivals to enjoy at various times of the year.
It is the capital of Somogy County and is certainly now a European style city.
