This quaint manor house, with restaurant and outbuildings for a total of 600 square meters, is located in Montepulciano in a private position with views over the valley. It is located a few hundred meters from the main road, making it easy to access. The property includes approximately 7ha of land.


The property is located in the most exclusive and prestigious part of the historical center of Montepulciano, Town of Renaissance origin, in the district of Siena, characterized by Prestigious Palaces, Churches Beautiful, lovely alleys. It is very famous for its beauties and for the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano wine. From Montepulciano can be reached with ease feature Town of Pienza, Cortona and the unique and charming Val d'Orcia. It also enjoys the proximity of the main traffic routes: the highway exit Val di Chiana, A1, is located only 16 km from the Chiusi train station about 25 km away and the airport of Perugia in about one hour by car, and the Florence about 120 km. All connections are present and functioning, particularly interesting is the water supply that does not happen through local waterworks but using the two sources present within the property, waters which are then pumped and purified.
