La Zenia, Costa Blanca, Spain.
Amapolas is a perfectly situated development in the heart of La Zenia and this is a fantastic little townhouse. I say the word little, when in reality it's a very large home. It's a three bedder, the highlight of all the rooms being the top floor- almost a detached floor on top of the house. This area is perfect as a kids' den (or even a man cave). We have clients who own property here who have turned this floor into a recording study and another who turned hers into a painting studio- Why not, when you have the space you can do it.
Some of the owners further down from this townhouse have separated the underbuild to a second property. The community has in its centre a lovely communal pool, quiet, tranquil and safe, protected from the road noise. Properties rent very well both long term and short term here.
The La Zenia Boulevard has become a huge attraction to the La Zenia area- the shopping sure attracts clients. So too though does the Casino, the live music at night, the fabulous authentic food court, the activates for kids, the fountains, bowling and bouncy castles. Zenia Boulevard is just five minutes on foot from Amapolas.
The beaches of Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig bookend the La Zenia beach- all are summer time hives of activity and even today (October 2016) the beaches are thronged with punters soaking up the last of the Spanish summer sun. We get lots of Sun on the Costa Blanca, 320 days of it in fact so when the season does end- its starts up again very quickly.
If I was to sum up the advantages of Amapolas in a few bullet points it would be:
Location- heart of La Zenia.
The Beaches- Miles and miles of sandy sea shore.
Value- there is a heck of a lot of property here for 160,000 euro!
Resale potential and rent ability- proximity to the Zenia Boulevard is a huge plus.
Golf- Hit a ball off the terrace in Amapolas and It'll land on a fairway, Ramblas, Villa martin, Colinas, Campoamor all less than 15 minutes by car.
Accessibility- Two international airports at Alicante and San Javier.
