On the right side of the hall the third bedroom is. The first thing that takes your attention is the lovely dressing table in the corner just by the high wooden south facing window through which the room is flooded with light. The bathroom is en-suite wand has a shower over the bath.

The new house above the cortijo is accessed going up a flight of stairs from the cortijo front terrace.

The entrance is through a sunny beamed terrace with wonderful sea and countryside views, here you can really feel the elevated location of the house.

The house has been completely renovated in a modern style and the wooden floor makes the place warm and cosy.

The kitchen is just to the right when entering the house. Both wooden furniture and appliances look completely new. The big utility room which work as a pantry as well gives a good extra storage space.

Outside the house, the pool area has known better times and yet keeps the charm from old times. There are mature trees all around and also a covered porch with its own bar for drinks and BBQ area.
