In this instance, we would accompany you to all viewings, act on your behalf in any negotiations and undertake all necessary searches. x) Provide written translations, in English, of the survey and all ensuing notarised contracts.
xi) Establish methods and means of payment with any deposits held in escrow by the notary.
xii) Transfer all utilities into your name and assist you any way we can with your move, including the organisation of any works that might need to be done (from decorating, to the installation of wi-fi, air conditioning etc… to a complete restoration) or simply finding you a caretaker, gardener, cleaner etc…. to maintain the property in your absence.
