This property is located in a quiet area of Coin, just a few minutes drive from the town centre, with a choice of several large supermarkets, a shopping centre, schools, bars and restaurants. Coin is just 20 minutes from Marbella by fast road, and the airport and city of Malaga are only half an hour away.

There is another large storage cupboard on the landing area, identical to the one downstairs.

Double arched doors lead from the main house living room in to the second living area. Here there is a further living room with woodburner and ceiling fan, and doors to a sun room with access to the gardens via feature arch top glazed doors. To the rear of the living room there are wooden feature doors opening in to the dining room, which in turn has doors across the outside wall enabling open air dining. The dining room has a beamed ceiling. Going from the living room, a door leads in to further living accommodation, with a kitchen with floor and wall cupboards and drawers, space for cooker, space for washing machine and fridge freezer, and stainless steel sink and drainer. There is a very large double bedroom with extensive fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and air conditioning, and a fully equipped bathroom with bath and shower, accessed both from the bedroom and the hallway.

Outside, apart from the range of outbuildings, there is a large garden area surrounding the 10m x 5m pool. The garden is currently divided in to two areas to allow a separate area for each part of the house, but the fence could very easily be removed. There are extensive terraces and covered areas for shade, and beyond the formal garden there are orchards with many trees. The gardens have a range of flowering plants, roses, shrubs, fruit trees, grapevines etc.  In all, the plot extends to around 3500 m2.

Water for the house is town water, and for the garden is supplied by acequia (canal).
